its 15:22 and i htink ill start cooking something, but i still dont know maybe salmon with vegetables or macarroni... tough desition. im pist my brother was suposed to put some money on my account but he didnt!! fucker. so i need to keep without smoking till i get some mone. simple i will just quit smoking. maybe is the easyest waY, IM anxious and pisst i need money for my smokes!

In other completly diferent stuff, i got a nice amazingly sunny day in trondheim , its actually hot. the wind still cold but its amazing people smiling in the streets and a nice karma all arround. I hope it rains. hehehe yes will be nice to see with all their summer customs siting i nthe sun it should rain and hard they will run like ants. hehe yes they will. i dont know this blog shit writing could inspire me to star my first novel. that could be nice.

but im sososo lazy i need to finish some work too. i just remeber that so need to go

its funny how nice can a little thing like this is. Im sure its late almost 1 am but im not sleepy at all. i want some coffee but it will not let me sleep. And sleeping is one of my favorite things. I dont know a lot about sleeping but im like an expert i can sleep in almost every situation... but i found this in the wikki :

I think i have got a lot of sleep debt along the years more than i thought... giving my sle finto my job was not healthy enough... and now im taking my time back. Seep is so nice and the nice thing about it is dreaming. i love to remeber in the morning what i dremt about.. is always nice to try to remember it.

Dreaming is just an oportunity to get out of the everyday robotic programing. to set free your brin for a while while your body just relax and enjoy, but the brain never sleep it dreams for relax, never stop is hard to belive that since the day you born to the death it never stops to think... never its always working. well now that i htink about it the lounges, the heart... we never really rest, always something working ... but the brain still interesting, how it works and where the ideas come from... i still have no idea.

Im sure i need to walk more im terribly fat and got tired too fast. well the main point is how good the walking was today, got a good smoke, a fine bottle of water and a good walk... it was amazing. i visited the Trondheim Museum of Art (Trondheim Kunstmuseum) they are showing this guys who finished their studies in the trondheim school of arts,... interesting things some of them. i must admit that i thought the art stuff in mexico was a little behind but it dont, we have amazing shit there now that i can compare with some of the stuff in europe... yes were on the very edge of art.. i wonder if im right. maybe hope im ok but i dont know is hard to know this days but something is sure internet has provided us with a very nice weapon of knowledge and comunication ... cheers for the internet.. i want a sandwitch oh my god need to buy cheese again... expensive shit.

Well i must admit i love to have this blog thing and to fill it with my personal stuff but i dont know what to write on it or how to improve my writing. i know it will happen but now that im reading it it suks, i will never correct it thats is a fact. and maybe i will try to keep it this way it seems more real and natural for me and i hope i does for you.

this guy is Magnus Martinsen nice stuff good painting the lights are not amazing inside there so i didnt got the real colors of his painting but they are amazing!





This is the work from Are Blytt, i love the giant pear its so nice and the flowers are pretty good too i forgot to take a picture of the detail but they were very nice done.


This is Naoshi Okurawith one of his pieces, ver pretty stuff actually i like it a lot i remeber in the old times like begining of the 8Os in mexico when we use to have those colorfull neon signs of cocacola and corona... old times really old ones.





There were more stuff there that im going to show in this very moment but i want a little time for write about this guys. as i know Naoshi and magnus are planing to visit Rio de Janeiro next year and amybe mexico. i dont know is what they told me. Naoshi has a very interesting proyect with lights and biping sounds i would love to get a video of that.

this pretty pictures are by this girl named Erica Erikkson from sweden and she is working with dolls changing them i just got this horrible picture of them but they are amazingly nice.

I managed to have a really good day today, visiting the museum and meeting the artists, they got good stuf going on there... i hope i manage to get my stuff showing in this side of the world.

Purple underwear!

I have been walking arround and its pretty wierd for me to be in a port with no sun... or with very little sun and cold enough to kill you... Im trying to get used to the seagulls in this weather but still hard to get. i have been painting in the port trying to get the colors right.

This one was not bad but i forgot completly something very important... the water.. im so stupid. but well i htink the time here wil lget me the expertise to get the real rust colors, they are so amazing. i have been here for two weeks now, and norway is a pretty nice place, expensive but nice.

this one got the water but i completly lost the colors i got in the first one i hope it will get better in time for now on is the last post ill have today or maybwe later ill write a shit load of crap form the expo im going tonite, this guy is called Trond Nicholas Perry he is from norway and he is a great guy and an amazing conceptual artist... nor to come tomorrow form this guy and his expo. btw i helped him mounting it.

HELLO,My Name is Mr. Adolfito

Hello people, im Mr. Adolfito and this is my fist blog, actually my first post, nahh not at all but is nice to start fresh i have a couple more, in spanish one is : www.cincodedosencadamano.blogspot.com and the other one is the sleepless art society but i dont remeber how to find it so that one is long gone.. i hope to fill this new one with useful and interesting material i will be creating and uploading in a weekly basis.(im sure it will suddenly be forgoten, hope not) Most of the stuff here will be my own art and design and some other just for the pleasure of posting about something relevant for me.

In this first post i want you to know that now im in Trondheim Norway (is a nice picture I took) getting everithing ready for staying here, walking the long walks to the UDI (inmigration office) and enjoying the sunny days. Is unvelibeble how nice is norway with a little sun. Amazing. but well ill be posting how the process of inmigration is going and how my process of lerning norsk is going as well. this last one is going pretty bad but still trying my best.

Darn this is horrible its my first try and i already dont know what to say , thats is anoying i want this place to be of supreme interest to the people but how you get to be interesting? am i interesting? how can i beocme more interesting? shit that is really sick stuff i need to know, but as i said before this is the first try so it will be ages before i get more interesting. ill try to load pictures with my posts just for make it more pretty and maybe every picture will have a nice story with it ... i dont know.
